I have been trying to install the seat for exams in TCFLOW 2.7, but each time the installation completes it hangs and after restarting the startup folder is empty.

There is a problem with the application itself and it's considered to be a bug, but the real problem is that it has been discontinued. In this case, support is practically 0 because there is no information related to the functionality, installation, setup, etc. of the application.
